Ok now we have another company getting into the Sci-fi 6mm game.

Now Baccus has an incredible reputation from their historical periods, so we'll see where this goes. ?

Hey Steve if your out there are you going to be THE sci-fi 6mm source in the US as both the DRM and Baccus distributor in the states.

Now I have to give Peter at Baccus some grief as he once stated he wasn't interested in anything beyond horse and musket. ?

Those are very nice. I especially like the commander figure with binoculars. I wish more manufacturers did stuff like that to their minis. Not quite so keen on the teeny tiny barrels on the left side of that turret though - they look extremely fragile.

Hi Guys,

This is why I couldn't share photos...

Peter is having figures made for demo shots.

He wants to have 60mm frontages.

*** What do you guys think of that? ***

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

I like the look of those quite alot.

I too am concerned about the barrel sizes.

MS, if you have any input with him, let him know there are some of us out here who like 6mm Sci Fi ground vehicles and vehicle sized walkers.

We don't all like flitting around like space elves.  Not that it will stop me from buying some! :D

I want to fly around like Space Elves... :p

It's harder to find Hard sci-fi grav vehicles for Humans as opposed to tracked or wheeled varients.  Well in my humble opnion.  :D

Maksim I don't understand the 60mm frontage question.  Is that the base size or vechicle size he is shooting for.

Thanks

I would not play a game that had a 60mm Frontage unless it was a great game. I find that the larger frontage is a pain. In fact it is one of the things I did not like about the Alien Squad Leader game.

I would suggest that a maximum frontage of 40mm is good enough.

Just my opinion.

 ? ?We must be looking in opposite places. ?I do find wheeled and tracked vehicles, but don't really like the look of them. ?On the other hand, I find a significant number of VERY nice looking grav tanks. ? ? ?

Many of the grav vehicle I like have a very "present day" look about them. ?I WISH I could find this look in an epic size compatible ground vehicle. ?

Pics are scarce, so I've "blind" ordered some GZG stuff. ?Hope it turns out.

Hi!

Hey, those are pretty cool!

I wonder how "big" they are.

We should trade notes sometimes....

PM me with those grav vehicles and I'll see if I have missed any.

Hi Guys,

60mm x 60mm bases... too big for my taste.

Too much lead invested in a single base.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

I don't know about you, but I never said I intended to use them with those rules.

Unless the rules were really something, I do not think I would use them either.

Ver nice figures. Its always good to see new stuff on the market & indeed the return of old lines such as the vehicles which Baccus bought up.

Interesting comments about the fragile nature of the gun barrels - As someone who's still working on a Space wolf army of entirely converted miniatures, fragility certainly wont put me off buying some, but they do indeed appear to be very very fine cast. In fact, looking at the command tank, I wouldn't be suprised if the outermost barrell has had to be glued back in place judging by the join to the turret.

Good stuff - I look forward to seeing more of this in the future!

I like the realistic scale of the barrels, although they so look fragile.
