I was going to get NAC Inf & Skimmers + the Slammer Tank and Hover Jeep etc. ... But I decided to wait and see if GZG does "Official" H/S stuff ... ?But I did get 15mm Sci-fi Egyptians, 6mm Xenos & B/Hunters, 25mm Bug Larva, some 6mm bitz to convert AFVs to CE/VTRs AFVs ... and that's all, IIRC ! :;): ?So we'll see ! :D :alien:

I don't think that GZG will do "official" 15mm H/S vehicles since they are done by Old Crow. I don't know if they will do any 6mm stuff as "official" - David Drake seems pretty keen on the Old Crow vehicles so any new GZG stuff would pretty much have to be rescaled Old Crow stuff.

The 6mm NAC infantry would be tough to tell from the 15mm/25mm H/S troops. They both have that distinctive round helmet look.

Yes, that is true, I'm hoping for 6mm Slammers, since all I do is 6mm ! :D  John from GZG said he may do 6mm Slammers, but it will be the GZG 6mm version/machinations not copies of Old Crow.  For Obvious reasons !   But that's O.K. with me !  I've got so much 6mm G/W & DRM to work on, I'll wait & see !  Decal Express has already made me 6mm Slammer decals - they are in the mail today !   So if down the road I have to I can use current GZG 6mm for Slammers ....  But as we discussed on the Yahoo H/S site ... the M9 Combat Car is still MIA ... Scotia may make something close but it would need work.  The quest continues ... I've got time !  :;):

I hear you! For me, any new miniatures would end up at the end of a very loooooong queue... :laugh:

What rules do you use for H/S? The Official ones or a modification of another set?

Keep in mind two things, GZG is the "Offical" source for the troops and for the Infantry skimmers in 25mm and 15mm. The 6mm ones are exactly like the others.

second, GZG did a line of tanks and cars that were used as Hammers Slammers vehicles until Old Crow got Drake to endorse their vehicles.

The two companies work close together and seem to have a good relationship. If Old crow does not want to do 6mm tanks etc, I could see it be easy for the two to agree and allow one to do the 6mm for the other.

THanks, Doc "P", I hope I can heal up fast and start working out again ... but the VA said I'll have to take it easy for awhile !  And I am ! :laugh:   And "T", we'd use the modified Epic/E:A rules that we have used in various machinations, since '90 ... But the Slammers rules in Treadaway's Hansbook look simple, easy ... fun !   :D    But as I said, GZG Jon e-mailed me and said when (if) he does 6mm Slammer's they will be his version ... not copies of OlD Crow's ... I don't have a problem with that !   But I'll wait and see ...  However, if I get crazy, GZG has everything for the Slammers, save for the M9 Combat Car ...      :)

Just ordered your H/S Handbook Daf, and they had some cool Egyptian terrain too !  So I ordered it ! :D  Like I need more !  So I'll be around ! :;):  :D
