So I have this idea for a large factory in Epic. A single story of Cities of Death buildings. My thought is to use the Sanctum Imperialis and Adeptus Mechancius parts to construct an intact massive Imperial Tank/Super-Heavy Tank/Titan Factory. Could take up a large area of the table and could fight in. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'd love to see that! I could totally picture a Cathedral Hanger for an Emperor Class Titan being really humongous. Big enough that infantry could fight over it, for certain, and probably one or two smaller titans could fit inside and duke it out. Lemme think... Probably a good 10 inches high, or so, and about 20 inches to a side? Big enough for an Emperor to stand up in with room to spare, and large enough to hold spare parts and machinery for repair work. Probably some really big cranes on the walls...
In any case, I'd totally love to see this!

Me too, I've been looking at the store versions wondering what the best method would be to convert them to Epic scale, so far I've decided it's too much work to be convincing but I like the buildings and will possibly talk myself into it at some stage. Seeing someone else's take would be great.

Great idea, orange. You could easily make it at least a foot long without it seeming too big, with internal partitions for cover and all sorts of machinery. You could really let your imagination go wild. Any pics you provide will be greayl appreciated.

I was toying a bit with something along those lines myself. I think it is important to add a bunch of 6mm scale bitz to the pieces to help make the scale feel right. You could combine the City of Death spures with the E40k plastic ruins spure for sopme interesting results.

The final battle in Gaunt's series "Sabbat Martyr" was inside a giant Hive, including tank battle up masive stairwells and access ramps.
