Those are nice. I just got an order from GZG, so they will have to wait until the new stuff is painted...
Their helmets will even be a credible match to my existing NSL 6mm troops. Bit of a strange basing decision by Recon in Force. Reminds me of the old English law requiring motor vehicles to be preceded by a flagman on foot...

I think who ever based them was from an older school then a younger person. I notice people who have played for many year (for the most part) still see the minis as 3D counters.
When I first moved to Miniature Wargames, the bases were plain, men in a line, and no "action" at all. Anyone remember GHQs Sardine Can Troops?
The newer gamers seem to be moving toward every stand is a mini diorama. If I have three stands the same, something is wrong. Now from the Eye candy point of view that is fine, but from the ease of use and ease of creation point of view it sucks.
