Quote (Dwarf Supreme @ 26 May 2006 (20:50)) | I'm taking a guess that you took the pics there because of the favorable lighting. | Correct - it doubles as my photo studio!
Oh, and CC - it's around 1.17:1 scale....

Does anyone know if the Majestic is actually made to the same scale as the Andrayads? That is, is it actually assembled to 1/300th (roughly) scale? It's an awesome model either way. Would make a wonderful proxy for a Warlord if you mounted extra weapons on it Or for one of the Eldar titans, (The Phantom especially) given the way it's tall and kinda spindly.

The fluff is work-in-progress. Extra weapons a la Warlord could be fited on the shoulders, or on the back firing over the head. The Majestic has 4 weapon options, although only 2 are included in the pack. As far as I know, these are the only pair released yet. As for the Eldar - it could work that way too; and if you want a more Eldritch look - add wings!

Thanks guys - and nice to have you back on active service, L-4
Last night I assembled the big beastie, and here he is, again with his new friend the Impy. And - also for size: an Epic SM era Rhino, Terminators, and an Andrayad warrior and a Verger, both from DRM. Note the size of the Verger compared to the Rhino!

Another Beetleback - this time with it's beetleback in place! This pic shows the size difference between the Majestic and the old Warlord even better. Majestic IS a good name for the beastie!

And finally, here's the three different sizes of DRM Andrayads I own. The soon-to-be-released Mordent and Malignant would fill the size range between the Verger and the Majestic.

Oh - and here's a bit of messing about with photoshop I did. This might just lead to a paint scheme.....
