Hi!

Full thrust is a very good game. I have the rules, although I never have played them.

Yep. Both spent the next few turns desperately slowing and trying to turn before the other for a more measured attack!

  That is too funny. I can just see it in my minds eye.

Least it gave you something to have fun when you remember and tell.

Check out the Cold Navy fleets from

http://www.xtreme-hobby.com

If your ever looking for another fleet. Great looking ships and roughly similar in size to the GZG stuff.

They look very nice.

Cheers

James

Anyone tried the Starmada range of ships by Brigadegames? They look quite nice too.

Cheers

I looked at them as well. My only issue with them was there were none that caught my eye enough. Not that they were "bad" but rather the Cold Navy and GZG NAC just caught my imagination.  :D

I would have no problem recomending people look at them for space play.

Yes, I think they have a few of the ships that look nice. I just found that with the rules allowing for almost any ship to be used, I wanted a fleet that would capture my imagination.  :D

Now there is nothing saying that later on, if I have fun with this I can not get another fleet (or two or... I am sick, I need help.  :p  )

That is the way to amass a large fleet or army. One or two blisters a week . You do not feel the hit so bad and yet it grows quite quickly.

Of course eBay adds to that once in a while too.

Unless you are me. Then you buy the minis, place them away and dream of the day when you can paint.

Of course, that is also why I have started these "Special Project Days" so I could attack the pile 'o minis.
