Wanted to find out who might be interested and able to show up. Area would be probably be the Tri-State area (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey). No specifics as of yet.
If you think you can make it to this area and are open to participating, post here with 1) How many possibly coming 2) Best month to do this for you 3) Where you'd be coming from 4) What day of the week would be best for you (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

1) 1, maybe 2 2) All months are pretty much equal for availability 3) Connecticut 4) Friday or Saturday would probably be better, but I might be able to make it on Sunday.

1) Two of us probably (ePilgrim, I sign you up - you have no choice! 2) Not April. Other than that I am open. 3) Tri-State area is fine. 4) Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Saturday might work best for a tournament, however (nobody working, have the whole day).
Anyone else out here on the East Coast or is everyone plugged into their iPods?

Not really relevant to the region you guys are talking about, but if anyone is interested in running a DC-area tourney, I would be interested as long as it was around school schedules (basically, summer only).

Well DC is a scant 3 hour drive from up here.
Where you going to school at? DC is one of my (many) old stomping grounds. Lived in College Park, MD off Route 1 and I-495.

Quote (Moscovian @ 05 April 2006 (16:57)) | I just meant Neal might be able to swing a drive up here if we coax him with beer and pizza. | Beer and pizza often works for me.
