Which super glue do you use?
I am having issues with different glues, in the main they keep drying out of me or the packaging goes stupid.
Which superglue are you using?

Locktite Super Attak.
I've had some superglues which took forever to dry and didn't "bite" into the model surface very well. Absolute crap. However one of them had a really nice droplet system where you screw the top a bit to allow the glue to run out. It eliminated the annoying "dry glue clogs up lid so it won't fit" syndrome which haunts most types of bottles.
The Locktite is a great glue which bonds very fast and gives a strong joint. Particularly usefull when converting very small bitz with a limited bonding surface. However the lid usually goes screwy before you've used half of what's in the bottle

Selleys Quick Fix Supa Glue - works a treat. Sometimes all too well on the lid....

Since, they have changed the design of the GW superglue I've went back to using it. The glue is stronger and the brush activator is really good... Before that I was using B&Q own brand, which was cheap.

Well, the first and last time I bought a bottle of GW (two months ago), I had to throw it away after using only half of it because the brush was a mass of solidified glue...
Since then, I went back to my usual Loctite super glue. | This happened to me once...it was my own fault... I put superglue onto some pva that hadn't dried.

Attakk on Maltese means a psycho frenzy - which is what happens when I use any of the brands available here... but I'm trying a new one, applied by brush, but apparently good. Only trouble is it seems to run out after a couple of sweeps.... Will check name.

I actually use some no-name stuff I get at the Dollar Store... at a dollar a tube for 2ml, I don't worry if it goes wonky when only half done... *laugh*
And it holds surprisingly well!

I now have an AT-AT with a deformed roof thanks to overzealous use of glue... battle damage in my book! |
