Yes, six sets of three (with six Warmaster bases) - five set of Exarchs is you are unlucky!

If you don't get Exarch Models I'd say it is quite easy. Snip off the wings and cutt off the lance thingy and you should have a passable model. I haven't got the models with me right now but IIRc they've removed a bit from the rear section which you'll need to sculpt on if you want something exactly similar to the regular bike. Don't quote me on that though.

I actually have these in front of me right now. I would say that they are fairly easy to convert to standard jet bikes - especially the normal Spears minis (ie not the Exarch). They have twin Shuriken modelled under them. I think that the only issue will be removing the lance, as it runs from the riders hand down the front of the carapace, almost to the end.
