Sir, I report Seaman Vanvlak for misidentification of forces. He has been awarded 45/45 in the shipyards, and to report all new construction correctly, with pictures.

I look forward to seeing an improvemnt in this Seaman's performance. While his enthusiasm and prior efforts are highly commendable, he required suitable periodic supervision and mentoring to ensure his conformance in all areas.
