They have replaced a Epic Marauder Destroyer that I bought at Gamesday LA that was mis-molded, and a pack of Epic Tau FW's that I bought via the net, just from me asking nicely. Didnt have to send anything back or pay for anything.
Makes me feel much better about what I pay for these models from them.
