Hi Tas,
You'll have two packages arriving.
One from me for the MEGA-Trade and another from...
Mojarn. He and I concluded a deal and part of the deal was that he'd send on a little extra "traitor" equipment to you. So you'll have a few more "snotty" warengines heading your way.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

So far, I'm just moving stuff that you've probably seen before, but maybe not for awhile.
Next up on the modelling workbench - More Tripods!
(And no V - the other one doesnt fit onto a 25mm base )

Hey Tas,
I just had a chance to go through the photo ablum. You have a very nice collection. Thanks for presenting all the pictures to us.
I really liked the sky camo you did on the Aeronef fleets and the epic plague marines were nicely done. Suitably yuccky!

*** How many WOW movies are there? ***
Hi Guys,
In honor of my friend Tas's taste for "War Of the Worlds," I am asking the following question:
*** How many WOW movies are there? ***
I can think of four:
1953 George Pal "War Of the Worlds"
2005 Spielburg "War Of the Worlds" starring Tom Cruise
2005 Pendraken "War Of the Worlds" starring a Cast of Eight People
2005 "War Of the Worlds" starring C. Thomas Howell
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi Tas,
Quote (Tas @ 24 Dec. 2005 (00:50)) | Thats all I know of too M/S, and I recently saw the Pendraken verison too! Strangely, my wife and I did enjoy it but it was very long. I liked how true to the book it was in particular. |
Frankly, I felt they should have cut about two hours of excess footage from the Pendraken version. My poor girlfriend and I endured the horribly thing. The "Cast of Eight" was also exceptionally bad. The Asian fellow that popped out at Horseall Commons particularly looked out of place.
I didn't much care for the Pendraken version, very true to the book AND... not very well done entertainment. Movies are different from books for a reason.
Merry Christmas to you and yours, Tas!
Shabbat Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Thanks to one and all, I hope your day will be as great as mine has been.
A sailor cant take being at home for granted, so every one is great. I took the family down to my Ship for lunch. Al the boys on duty had their families there and I served them all. Food everywhere (4 roast choices plus seafood plus deserts!). Well appreciated and fun too
best wishes to all.
...now to figure out these DnD rules....
