I'm a Colonial, how odd, maybe it was living in Hong Kong most of my life and it's a literal interpretation :p

Colonial! Picture the scene, a warm but breezey day. Birds sing and hop and flight between the tall long grass that grows in tufts where it came amongst the hard, un-forgiving soil. Around you there is the most amazing panaramic view of lucious green mountains, sitting beneath a sky of pure brilliant blue. As you sit in wonderment and ponder how lucky you are to live, breathe and witness this fantastic landscape - you here a sharp, grating voice behind you. . . It's that bugger Michael Caine again, you wish that silly sod would shut up.

Colonial! 90%
WW2 80%
Ancients!! 70%
Modern 60%
Napoleonics! 60%
Naval! 50%
Horse and Musket! 40%
Fantasticles! 40%
Medieval 30%
Aerial 20%

Slightly odd, as planes and boats are my greatest passions really ???

I fear all the questions about 'beards' may skew it slightly however, and wonder how differently I would score if I didn't shave for a couple of days? :p

The 'beardy' questions are the one that matter to the test, the rest is futile. :D

Oo, a quiz.

Haha! WWII gamer, guess what I'm off to do in January for a week!

Scale was off though. 20mm? Ridiculous, I'd need a massive table for a tank battle (as opposed to a massive table for a big tank battle :) ).

I scored MEDIEVAL NUT.

Hmmm... of the 1500 minis I got, I think that about NONE of them are medieval! HAHA!

But as to what kind of wargamer I actually am:

I'm the kind who buys a lot of minis, paint a few really good, store the rest somewhere safe, so robbers or minions of the great old ones can't get to them.

I seem to want to play a lot of different games. But appearently I do not quite manage to satisfy this urge. Maybe because Warhammer is about the only thing people are easy to get playing.

The test is flawed.

You are all Epic gamers.

Hi!

Boy is it flawed!

..and yes, Jimbo is right.  :;):

Aye it is flawed. I got 90% for modern when the most recent game of historical games I have played was 1815.

Fun though.

Cheers

James

Odd, here I am getting into FoW, my first WW2 ground game (naval and air don't count here), and it lists me as WW2.  Go figure. ???

Beards are everything you know... :;):

...and I was Naval too?! (although BFG is possibly my favourite game to atually play, so there is some logic there I guess)!

I'd think that the beardy ones would be 40k players but the quiz lacks sci-fi category.  ???

the quiz lacks sci-fi category. ???? ?

It also lacks the terms
- undisciplined
- fickle
- horder
- eccentirc
- budget driven
- time management poor

...but I guess those apply to ALL wragamers!  :D  :D
