By the way, that reminds me that I need to get my Bomma photos on the hard drive so I can share them with all of you! ?

Yes, you do need to get those up... ?

OK. All of the phots are now sent with the title "Epic photos *.....* from Maksim." I sent them in thematic batches with one to six photos each.

There is a total of eleven E-mails with photos that I sent.

If I didn't send the photos to you then it means I don't have your E-mail address. If you PM your E-mail address to me, I'll send you the photos with pleasure.

I have two photos of a Leman Russ like you requested, but my OGREs didn't make this cut.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Primarch,

Please share with others which photographs you particularly liked.

You already sent me an E-mail expressing interest in my Ork Bommas.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

P.S.
I can't wait until Jimbo gets to see the Ork Bommas since Orks are his favorite and he has written rules for using Ork Bommas in Epic-40k.

Hi!

I'm curious to know what/who makes that ork bommer, its very cool....I want ONE! :{

I like the Alternative army infantry it looks real "elegant". I'd use it as Slann proxies.

The eldar falcon (old style) was very nice too, nice color scheme and markings. The vampyrerocked too!

I didn't like the Scotia power armor, too blobby looking.

Primarch,

I'm curious to know what/who makes that Ork Bomma, it's very cool.... I want ONE!

Q. Who makes them?

A. I MAKE them!

I custom-built the Bommas (there are four diiferent ones with two different ones in the photographs) using BFG Ork Brute Ramship hulls, Ork F-B wings, Ork FB Tank Busta Rokkits, microarmour aircraft ordinance, and a little Plastruct for the landing skids.

I like the Alternative Armies (AA) infantry it looks very "elegant." I'd use it as Slann proxies.

They're great figures. There are three or four different forces of figures (with each force having several different poses / types) only built one of the four so far. The ones I photographed are AA's equivalent to Space Maines. The next batch are closer to cultists or IG and are called the Shia Khan. I hope to build them in one of my next batches.

The Eldar Falcon (old style) was very nice too, nice colour scheme and markings. The Vampire rocked too!

I really like the old Falcons. I still have some left to built. Plus, plastic miniatures are very cool.

I didn't like the Scotia power armour, too blobby looking.

They look better up close than it does in the photos. And, of course, I haven't given them much of a paint job yet! I just gave them a base colour and haven't touched them since.

Some of the other Scotia sci-fi infantry codes are sitting on my work bench right now. Hopefully, I'll build them soon. I have them laid out next to their bases and ready to glue and otherwise assemble.

Shabbat Shalom,
Maksim.

I'd like to see what ever AA minis you got that have yet to be photographed, they are a very good proxy I'd like to use.

I noticed that your account topped off. If you'd like the others, let me know which ones you received and I'll send you the rest.

Jimbo,

Well, after waiting ages (how many pictures...) I finally get to see the Ork Bommas. Very nice models and a clever conversion.

Thanks for the compliment.

I guess I'll have to get off my bum and take photos of the Supagunz, converted Gargantz, and other good Orky stuff.

My own are currently based on Ork Fighterz and metal Marauders.

OK, Jimbo, it's your turn for photos!

That reminds me. Jimbo, did you ever make a prototype of your Snakebites organic Gargant, the one you spoke about on the E-A Yahoo forum ages ago?

Shabbat Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

...Ok, I'd like to see the other pictures, but I'm currently over 50% full, so I'll wait until I get back home so i can save some of the pictures onto my harddisk, and clear out my inbox....

Cheers! :D

Great stuff Maksim !  I like the camo'd L/R Mk.1, very WWII. And the Eldar models are all in "classic Eldar" paint jobs. My former Scotia Inf., never looked so good. And I have those GZG Islamic Inf. too, your's look pretty good all painted up. And I can see why you like the AA figs, those are very nice cuts. Overall some very good pieces. And I am duly impressed with the Ork Bomma conversion, looks great. I can recognize most of the parts ! Thanks for letting us see your work ! :)

Thanks for the pics maksim. Good to see what others are working on. I generally agree with the coments above - the Eldar stuff looks class, and the bomberz are brilliant conversions. I've been thinking about giving brute ram ships some Trakks to use as epic vehicles of some kind, but they work great as planes too!
