Nerroth,
Got all the names in... but before I post, got to head home from work... but question for you in the interum..
Kroot master shaper is the ...'o Kroot Carnivores are the ...'vesa
what about Krootox, hounds, knarlocs... etc.
Also, I was putting in the names as posted Firewarrior (tau name) Team - and that worked at first. But when I got down to the crisis and what not, it got ugly and hard to read as the Ta'ro'cha was also in there - so don't know what the right call is...
putting all tau names at the beginning or the end is going to probably look best.
Also, with the human Aux and the spaceships, we have the Tau names at the beginning in the datasheets and reference them that way with the human aux, but not the space ships... in the WIP army list its that way anyway.
Probably need some consistency one way or the other in the end.
Going to wait and see how you respond to this before I go forward with formatting and posting TAU WIP 4.2.7. Also chewing on what will look the best and considering spacial/formatting issues in the army list.
Cheers,

OK,
Kroot Hounds = Ryou'shi'sou'ku Krootox = Ryou'shi'gis'sha Great Knarloc = Ryou'shi'kyou'ryu
As regards the Crisis and Broadsides, you don't need to have Ta'ro'cha in the unit title, as the Ta'ro'cha 'Three minds - one purpose' thing is in the fluff anyway (and if the Broadside stats assume there are two per base, ta'ro'cha would be unsuitable anyway!)
You could change the Gue'vesa around to be like this:
HUMAN AUXILIARIES COMMANDER (GUE'VESA'VRE) HUMAN AUXILIARIES TEAM (GUE'VESA)
Note the change to vre from ui, as the ui would be squad sargeants as opposed to formation leaders.
EDIT: A thought on Shas'el and Shas'o - we could say:
FIELD COMMANDER (SHAS'O) COMMANDER (SHAS'EL)
and ETHEREAL CASTE MEMBER (AUN), for that matter...
Also:
GUN DRONES (KOR'VESA) HEAVY GUN DRONES (KOR'SHIRI'VESA)
The two starships could be left as is - since that's how you se them in BFG.
(BTW, it looks like the missile strength on the Custodian may have to change to 6, in line with proposed BFG changes to the starship)

That's JG's language. Broadsides were based upon 2-3 per stand originally if memory serves. Agreed, it should come out of the unit name though - regardless of how many are in the formation. Its not part of their unit name, just part of their fighting montra - definitely better for fluff - good call. I wonder if CS agrees on this one, my guess is yes - but it would be good to hear from him here.
HUMAN AUXILIARIES COMMANDER (GUE'VESA'VRE)
HUMAN AUXILIARIES TEAM (GUE'VESA)
Agreed and makes sense.
FIELD COMMANDER (SHAS'O)
COMMANDER (SHAS'EL)
I think these have always been called Shas'o Commander and Shas'el commander. I'm OK with leaving them as they are already presented in the list - for the same reasons you are recommending not changing the space ships.
ETHEREAL CASTE MEMBER (AUN)
GUN DRONES (KOR'VESA)
HEAVY GUN DRONES (KOR'SHIRI'VESA)
The two starships could be left as is - since that's how you see them in BFG.
Got it.

OK - will change... but then that's making the custodian quite a bit more of a lack luster choice to the hero isn't it? 1 less pin point and slow and steady for more transport capacity... will the custodian be used?
