That is interesting. I recently read my way through the fourth edition of 40K, and then today I put in an order for Vor.  

40K just doesnt seem to be very well put together (and I am not against the system or company, I loved Rogue Trader), but the rules just overcomplicate when trying to simplify (I still dont understand the situation when a unit with different armour values is in close combat!).

I looked around, and it came down to Vor or Warzone. I went with Vor as the systems seem similar but Vor has the edge in better minis and construction system.

Keep us posted on this new game, it seems to have promise.

Sure thing.  Probably won't show up in the US until Christmas, euro release a bit earlier...I hope.

In that case, let me know when it is released in the UK, and I can tell YOU what it is like!  

Vor rules arrived today, along with three force books - Shard, Growlers and Union. I will probably get the other three force books very soon (Neo-Soviet, Pharon, blue thin guys...). It is just frustrating that other force books never made it to publication. At the risk of hijacking this thread, does anyone know if other force books are out, in production, due for release, etc?

I checked this out just for fun. Some nice stuff.

However, I may have to buy some of this as well. I think the YuJing Yaokong would make a great "Big" Walker for a 6mm SciFi game or a nice Warbot for 15mm. Same for the Pan Oceania Dronbot.

In any case, looking forward to what they come up with.

I'm eyeballing the YuJing 'bot for conversion into Fuchikoma and/or Tachikoma, just to mess with GreyDeath for wacked-out Tau conversions.

I kinda wonder how long the 'Orc' combat suit keeps that name, though, since Shirow's got it copyrighted.

I just hope they hurry up with the PanOceanic Armored Cav suits.  I need some ESWAT Landmates!
