Hi,
I've always liked to play BFG but I would even more like to play something a bit more generic and not linked to 40k.
I stumbled over the game called Starmada on brigademodels homepage? Has anybody tried this game and if so is it any good?!

Starmada is a decent (although I have only played it once or twice, so I aint an authority) 'generic' spaceship battles game, kind of like Full Thrust (if you have heard of it), but a little more polished and streamlined (I would say...). One thing to bear in mind, is that you do play on a hex map rather than open, which can put people off, but converting to 'open' aint too challenging they reckon.
