Wow, I don't even need to put up pics and I get comments
Since Dave has failed to prioritize his life sufficiently (moving house - bah! he should be posting pics on taccom!), I'll go ahead and post on the game I GM'd on Saturday. UberChris (USA) and Amerger84 (Soviets - might've butchered Brad's forum name there) were kind enough to be my new guinea pigs for Cold War '84.
UberChris took Teams Yankee and Bravo (pretty much straight out of the FoW rulebook OOB, except I'm short of Dragon ATGW teams). an ITV platoon, an infantry coy.(-), a formation of 8 M551, and a battery of M109s with FAASVs. They faced off against a battalion of T-72s, two mech coys with BMPs, a coy(-) of BRDM 3s, and two batteries of 3 2S3s. It was another delaying action, this time on a winter board at the Battle Standard in Auburn, MA.
UberChris only found out mid-game that there were 40 T-72s instead of 30

I had set an impossible goal for the Soviets and that was my last-ditch effort to rescue the scenario. But it was fun seeing his face when I put the extra company on the board on turn 3
Artillery was pre-plotted - the M109s got 3 barrages, while the 2S3s got 2 each. I gave the 155/152mm's 2BP per tube. So pretty good power-wise, but it was a guessing game based on terrain and where the players thought they'd be in subsequent turns.
Without further ado, the pics:
