Thanks for the feedback

Agreed. Some cleaning is needed. For the time being I just wanted to get the basic shape down. Some things probably have to be reworked a bit to be thick enough to be castable, so some things will definitely change once the weapon is finished. I think it has been 2 or 3 years since I've last sculpted anything this small (except arms or hands on a few SM scout conversions) so I'm still trying to get my hands to shop shaking

Regarding the Edenite background: It is still a bit sketchy. Obviously it borrows some element from classic zombie movies

I don't know if Tom has reworked anything, but last time we brainstormed a bit about it the idea was that Eden Pharmaceuticals were working on some kind of military bio-engineering project for the Guild to create "Super Soldiers". Obviously something went terribly wrong but I think Tom is still working on the full story.
Anyway, regarding the super soldiers: In the case of the skeletons the bio engineering would include some degree of cybernetics or implants (think a Wolverine from X-men sort of thing). Trouble is that the servo enhanced limbs would still be very much functional after death when the biological matter had decomposed. The skeleton retains some basic motor functions; stabilizers and targeting equipment still working but with only very limited AI.
I'm not sure if he ended up with the Edenites being controlled by someone (Mad scientist sort of type) or if the Edenites are autonomous.
