I checked it is the one he gave us but we will ask. He also says he did it two or three months ago. Could it be that?

There is no expiry on these. I have activated Left's account. The board keeps a list of all registrations until I go back and clear it up, so there should be no problem there. The problem is that the boards only do a full match on unapproved registrations. You can partial match a user that is registered and approved but cant partial match if they are not approved.
Let me know if you can confirm/update the login name. If not, its probably easier if they create a new registration and then just let me know what one - either by replying to the email that the boards send out, or via you here.
