Yep a minor delay is not a problem for me and as stated your communication to us has been excellent.

Cheers

I think that is key.
If people feel they are involved and cared about they will be good about delays.

As with so much in life, it is the not knowing that people don't like, you can't plan for the unknown.

+1 to this - the recent battlesystems campaign was excellent in this regard.

Good communication with customers is essential in my opinion. I will accept slippage of timetables no problem as long as i'm kept informed of the situation, a lesson that could be taken onboard by other companies and campaigners.

Keep me in the loop and fully engaged and i'm happy.

Thanks! I'm sorry to have to push things back but your understanding means a lot.

And the first batch of stuff is out the door! Yay!

I was unable to back this as, at the time of the campaign, I had just got my summer vacation plane tickets, wedding gifts, new clothing, shoes... Well, the list goes on and isn't that important. My question thus is, when can I give you more money for more buildings?

I'm working on being able to take your money as soon as possible (I love that stuff!)
The kickstarter should be done this month, so after that I should be able to take more orders.
For the sake of planning, about how many buildings do you think you'd need?

At the time of the campaign I was eyeing the District level (16 buildings) so come retail it's probably going to be somewhere between eight and sixteen. Precisely how many still depends on price so I can get them in my guilt-free splurge budget though.

Hi, just to say my stuff has arrived - sadly after a long and expensive stopover with UK customs... :-(

But the buildings look fantastic. Very crisp, quality casts full of detail. Hopefully have time to put the together at the weekend and l'll post some pics :-)

I have got far too little precious time for this and your marvelous stuff is stealing some of it right now. Well done I say. Even the expensive stopover at customs (seems to be getting more common these days) did not manage to subdue my enthusiasm. What strikes me the most was the quality of the casting.

A slight annoyance will probably be the process of getting the plastic corners the exact length, but that was a known drawback. All my plans for the pieces will work well too (I am not going to assemble them as intended). All I need now is a good non warping terrain base material.
