I am happy to go either way, but I think we ought to ask the community really, and put it to a vote.
The main communities we need to add a poll to are the Epic40k.com ones and the NetEPIC.org ones. Any comments from the forums here would be appreciated too.
I can add articles immediately to the sites, but I thought it was better to wait for the EZine to be released. Depends on public attitude I guess.

NetEpic,
I love the site, but downloading and expanding (unzipping) the Incoming magazines can be a little daunting. I haven't read all of them for this reason even though I am a fan. I prefer an on-line publication, Word download, or an Adobe download.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

-Yeah these are the real reasons I would prefer an online article collection- its just that bit easier than... and Adobe download would be okay though, I would think..

in what way...
Word is more expensive than the free Acrobat Reader
Word is more expensive than the Adobe Acrobat (the creator programme)
JAWS PDF Creator is even cheaper
There are also cheaper alternatives - ie send it to me and I'll PDF it for you.

If we could convert .DOC to .PDF it would be ideal as it is harder to copy from a .PDF and they are more universal.
Ideally it would be better if we could obtain a license or a method or creating .PDFs for the editor, otherwise we would have to stick with either a HTML or a .DOC format. I am wary of a whole EZine as HTML as it can be cumbersome.
Anyone know of cheap methods of conversions for .PDFs? Do you have more information on the features and prices of JAWS?

Thanks for replies! I forgot to check here until today. Too many forums to read I guess. I'm glad the next issue is progressing. I don't want to sound impatient; I just like to read ezines. My opinions on the discussed topics below.
-Format: Personally I have no problem with the zipped or word files, but the point about everybody not having Word is a good one. If cheap conversion method to PDF can be found my vote's on it.
-Mazgazine vs. Online articles: I like the magazine format best; for some reason it's more enjoyable to read.
-Content: I'm all for expanding the article base. I mean, I like to read about games even though I don't necessarily play them. Not to mention that a good piece of fiction is always a pleasure to read.
Btw, Mr. Primarch sir, what kind of game reviews did you have in mind? I mean, would it be Sci-Fi games only or is there a room for historical games?

Well, if the article is created in a word format, zipped and emailed to me, then I can convert it to a .PDF format and then upload it to netepic.org and epic40k.com.
I have converted the old EZines to a .PDF format and will upload them ASAP. (ASAP being monday ).

Hi!
As far as game reviews go, wargaming in general, any time period is fine by me. If they are sci-fi related better yet, but any type of wargame is good.

Well, I should have a Warhammer report, (first game in a decade!) and two VOID games. Plus I managed to find my EPIC scale Ravenwing librarian, and Master of the Ravenwing (heavily converted ). So I will do an article on that for you as well.
Basically a whole host of articles should be coming your way. In the meantime, the EPICentre has an online gallery now. So we can start to show off the pride of the EPIC communities miniatures.
