So here are the first casts of the new moulds. First one shows the 3 part tower put together and the second is the FLAK emplacement with 2 of the detailed wall corners.

Yeah, they are 300 x 300mm modular square tiles that are laid across a board to create a gaming table.

How are you planning on stopping them moving apart? I know the one being made by secret weapon (and coming from games and gears) all use a clip system, like the realms of battle boards. The urban ones coming from games and gears look tasty as they are two foot square, so easier to put a battlefield together, and will work with GWs realms boards. But I am interested in what you are going to do, especially if it will help support a fellow epic player.

To be honest they are purely designed to work with each other, there is no locking system with them...kinda harks back to the days of FW's tiles where you built your 4x4 table with a lip to stop them slipping off or drill and insert clips in the side and even use strips of masking tape along the edges ( I did all of these back in the day). I probably should have looked into that more, but being a one man band in a tiny workshop in my garage it's a little harder to recreate the sort of stuff these guys churn out with their set ups. But good point :)

You'll notice that the new Air Control Tower model is not up for sale...the mould got damaged by accident, so only three models were cast up from these moulds before the damage happened.

Soooo....I'm going to have to redo the mould, but I am going to tweak the model first, so there will be a new model for sale in the near future along with the second larger landing pad.

Also, coming soon will be photos of the kit form buildings which will be up for sale too soon.
