Being a fan of old school models and paint jobs I can only give this a thumbs up: reminds me of the E40k era studio paint schemes.

It is fairly big. Not much taller than an SG warlord, but much more massive (I think it is close to 400 grams worth of pewter!). Shoulder to shoulder it is about as wide as an Imperator and the arm weapons wouldn't look out of place on an imperator either. I'd guesstimate it to roughly the same size as the new FW Chaos Decimator.
