I've been looking at those "whirlwinds" for a while too although the real name escapes me (Petards?)

The colourscheme looks great and seems quite easy to replicate, I might have to use it soon.

E/W Cerebus are like Whirlwinds ... Petard is a DRM Whirlwind-like AFV ...

Glad to hear you guys approve of what i have put up so far. The date of the battle is hanging over my head like the sword of Damocles.

I have taken a few extra shots of the Cerberus MRL. Which is filling the role of the Whirlwind in my army. I havent added the final details to it yet. Stay tuned as i will be going back to it as soon as i have gotten the bulk of the army into its lovely Deserts.

Good to know the GDR already has a fan base. I'll make sure to continue keeping you guys updated. I have added a group shot of what tanks i deem battle ready. As its such a large force in production, in such a short time span. Smaller detail is sadly going to have to wait.

That said i can add battle honours to those that earn the most glory in the coming battles. O0

Ok i put it off. But now I am starting work on the GDR infantry.

First up the Devastators and the Terminators. Using the Guild legionnaire heavy weapons in the role. I went for a mix of Missile launchers and LLE's.

The Guild Mymirdon fill in the role of the Terminators.

Chap, be wary, I seem to remember that WMN had a complete mental breakdown after painting up all 30 stands of the Legionnaire Centuria for the store :D.

lol.
Still recovering from that exercise :p
It was a batch for the launch of EW though, so you can add Khazari infantry, Droids, and the Prefects to that list. Somthing like 90 stands of infantry. I can't remember how long it took, but I definitely remember that it was a couple of months before I felt like painting up masses of infantry again :p

Ah yes! EW Wave One!

Good times (after the theropy bills of course) :D.

Well, the Royal Empire are coming up old boy, waves of conscripts to paint up :D, not to mention the assault infantry and squires.

Still at least you'll have the Behemoths to break up the eye strain.

BTW: I have some pictures of a potential way to make the 'Ground Locomotive' cool. Will run them past you, it's a potential Otter project after the star fighters/craft.
