Oh yeah. Uhm. Well those pointy heads have been taking up some time :D There's a chance I might finish them this week, but Tom is sending some stuff my way that I need to tinker with before I send the massive box with almost 2kg worth of painted Edenites and tanks as well as these master sculpts back to the UK. I don't think Tom will have them before the end of the month.

Well we'll be waiting ...

MBR and WMN....painting titans!

MBR - maybe you should troll more widely for commission painting, you have mad skills.  I'd send you an army or two but I'm not sure I could afford your work!  :yay:

I think I might have to. The problem is Commission painting seems to be a poor way of actually making money.

Hehe, no, any reasonable price will never add up to the ammount of time spent if you factor in  taxes and that sort of things. Selling drugs or prostitution are both somewhat more profitable lines of business than miniature painting. On the plus-side you get to play with all sorts of cool toys - and in the case of my greement with Tom and EW, you even get to do it before anyone else.  :p

Prostitution and drugs are more profitable than most things, otherwise people wouldn't break the law. If only painted models could be coated with some kind of psychotropic substance that would make them addictive, then maybe I could make a living selling them.

I've always assumed they were... why else would I have an entire room of toy soldiers? Oh, well. They are a step down from CCGs in terms of fatal side effects. Dark days, man.

I've been upgrading my old scratch built Warmonger Titan a bit.

That twin linked Volcano cannon always looks whimpy compared to the missile rack (or the Imperator Titan weaponry for that matter) so when I originally made my model I made an absolutely huge gun. Seeing some of the later Warmonger scratch builds people have done I can't help but feel that my model needed a bit of an upgrade with more detail, so I've stuck some Otterware bits and bobs on, and also upgraded the missile rack a bit.
It still needs a bit of greenstuff work, but you get the general idea.

I see what you mean, Warmaster. The weapons do look better with extra bits on them.
