Your WE list does *NOT* have a weakness when it comes to "air defence", it simply has access to planes over ground flak; there's no "weakness" whatsoever!

I'd *much* rather spend 800+ points on four formations of flyers than a single big Titan; those flyers are far more useful than just being an "annoyance"!
EPIC: Armageddon rates "utility" far above "destructiveness" when it comes to the value of units. In your World Eaters list the aircraft are by far the must useful of the choices in the "1/3" section.
If you really want "air defence" to be a weakness of the World Eaters price their aircraft at a premium as well, not the same cost as the Black Legion list; make taking aircraft a "tough choice" for the list, because, currently, it's a no-brainer.
I am taking my mini's and going home now.  I remember when I was the Epic king and stood tall amongst those had fallen beneath the might of my vengeful armies.  I was FEARED!!! Then I got married, had kids, didnt play as much, lost touch and now get smashed.  At least my minis look good
