That cathedral is in Z scale. If I'm not mistaken 6mm is N scale. How far off is Z scale from N scale?

as far as i have read Z is about 7mm scale and N 9/10mm if you go to the timecast website it puts Z gauge in with its 6mm.
but also has a 6mm wargames section i have just got some for factorys and alike but think thay are a bit small and will be looking more into Z gauge stuff, but it can be very expencive.

This is consistent with what my local model train store tells me.  There are a ton of cool things in N and Z scale that convert beautifully into 6mm terrain.  I just picked up some LPG tanks in Z scale.  I kind of had to, since I design natural gas refineries and have seen my fair share of these tanks.  Now I need to decide if I will paint them realistically, or with the copious amounts of oxidation and grime that seems so popular with wargames terrain (probably because it looks cooler.)

Z gauge is supposed to be 1:220.

I've already ripped open and tossed the packaging.  I'll swing by the store manana and check the name for you.  The model is two horizontal tanks, with elliptical heads, a stairway with platform, and some decals.

Chroma, here is the piece I picked up as mentioned above.  It looks like it is really N scale not Z, but either way it works.  Can't get the clicky to go to it, but it is from www.plastruct.com and the product is code KIT-2019.  It is called "Twin Horizontal LP Gas Stoarge Tanks."  Hope that gets you where you want to be.
