I've done a couple of 10mm Napoleonic figures as test pieces for a manufacturer. Napoleonics is really not my strong point, but I've gone through all the reference stuff I can find. These are meant to be 1815 British line infantry. What do you think? Anything need changing before I send them off?

regards,

The first chap has a curious pose. Reloading at ease?

The arms seem to balloon out towards the cuffs, do you think thats a fair representation of uniform?

The stance looks quite wide considering its just a bent knee.

Though of course I am trying to find fault :) If it were 10mm high in front of me I doubt I would see any of that!

TRC, I know what you mean about the cuffs - the problem is that they do need to stand out a bit, as they'll be painted a different colour to the coat.
As for the pose, I'm a bit tied on that; the sculpt is done over a dolly which is in a set stance - it's only the arms are not fixed in place. Is there a way I can improve the pose with only repositioning the arms?
Regrds,

Perhaps just try to have the left hand hold the mosqet more crosswise? Ie draw the muzzle abit to the right?

Else; great work.
