The Nice Warmaster has agreed to the following press release:

The model in question was sent by ICBM on Wednesday. I will post an update once it arrives at my Otter-cave.

The Capitol has arrived safely. The air bubbles in this thing are going to be a real bitch. Will probably make the first pour today.

Hi,
Can you please give a rough estimation of the price it will be?
Also will be very interested in measures.
Thanks,
Eyal.

As to price, I won't be able to determine that until I get a working mold. I usually just charge for materials plus a wee bit of profit to keep things interesting.

It's roughly 10cm by 8cm by 6cm.

There is an issue that we will have to address. The 6 side turrets are from an Exodus Wars product, and I feel weird copying them. Do you guys feel like you could supply your own little side turrets?

Edit - I did the first half of the mold last night.

That would be fine by me. Just let us know which EW product they're from.

They're from the EW Enforcer. You get enough spare turrets to build 3 complete tanks while still have enough turrets for the CI.
Otter and I discussed this for a while: Basically they'd be a bit tricky to cast anyway because of the flimsy barrels, so getting the original turrets not only saves O-man some fiddly work, but also gives you a much more durable model.

I might add that this was in no way intended as a shameless plug for EW products. If someone got an idea for other cheap turrets that will fit they should of course feel free to use those instead :;):

Although only single barrelled, orky skull battlewagon turrets look like they might fit. Would that be right?
Although I should actually have Enforcer turrets anyway  :))

Those could certainly work. Actually I think some variations are cool. You could use the Enforcer turret with a shortened barrel instead of the twin linked plasma gun I made, if you want a more traditional CI armament. Side turrets could be single barelled battlewagon turrets or your could try BFG turrets too :) Basically whatever you think might look good. Call it different pattern CIs :;):

And now for something completely different:

Today I've been tinkering a bit with some old terrain pieces (sorry, not the Titan repair bay just yet Lex :;): ) Still need to do a few more things before I post any pics but they should be ready in a couple of days.

Hi,
Just another option for cheap turrets,
old crow models have a line of 6mm turrets, which costs 6 turrets for 1.1 pounds.
Take a look, it may be the solution.
Cheers,
Eyal.
