Hi Guys,

Great bunkers,  I would be interested in them but I want to know what the postage would be between Australia and the UK as well as your RRP per bunker.

Cheers

Graeme

Great looking stuff "G" !  I literally started molding/casting some terrain bases yesterday. Just finished working on some !  It's fun and rewarding. But as Otterman said, thats alot of silicon !!

Yeah, it is a lot of silicon (but I'm sure Pammy Anderson has more  :D  ).  I wanted to make it thick enough that it didn't warp like some of the smaller/thinner moulds I did of other stuff.  A bit of extra cost now for a longer mould life later.

Now I have to get No. 2 finished off and ready to mould.

And fabricate No. 3 and do the clay work.

Hahaha!!!,

These are awesome fellas, looks like you have done a sweet job on the molds to glynn. Are you going to sell the tank stands as well? Can't wait till mine arrive anyhow.

I think these are even cooler now that i have had a go at building the real thing. Even with engineer support they take some effort to make. Some underground bunker/CP entrances would be cool, especially for objectives etc. All the best with the next set of moulds.

Geoff

Still working on the tank stands and a few other pieces.  Underground bunker/CP entrances shouldn't be too hard to create.  Will have a crack at that in the near future too.

The first piece.  The bunker lid was done later, and will be included in the next lot of pics, which will be of the finished piece after 'decoration'.

What size if that (x times y cm)? It looks quite large, but really hard to tell.

Pouring the cherry piece!  No comments about fat fingers please!!   :D

How about fingernails then? Missed one while cutting  :p :D.

The bunker/trench piece (i take it you were questioning the size of the piece, not my fingers  :D ) is: 29cm x 19cm

As far as the finger nail goes, bloody hard to get good help these days.  The staff manicurist has been sacked, will be looking another one soon.   :D

The brown 'spots' mate?  They are just pebbles to represent boulders strewn about the terrain.  I think the brown came about because I superglued them into place.

Sorry Miner,

It is polyurethane resin with some slate powder in the filler.

It looks a greyie sort of a colour to me.
