I note with disappointment: No Tyranid flyers on the table of contents page, No pictures of Thunderhawks on the sample pages, No Necron flyers (but that was hardly unexpected).
So, what to think about the Thunderhawks? We've seen preview pictures of them, why so shy?

They're closed until Dec 27th so there's no way to find out for the moment.

I finally got the Imperial Navy page to load. It has some kick-axe painted pictures of the traditional minis.
Nothing new though. Sigh.

I wonder why the Imperial Thunderbolts and Marauders are ?2 more through the AeroImp page than through the Epic page, when they seem to be the same models? And twice the price of regular Epic metals (at least through GW-US)?

Well for the price comparision with the metals - they are higher detail and larger minis from FW than GW.
The bases may be why there is a cost difference between the Epic and AeroImp (I like that shortening), it looks like it is ?1 per base, so it makes senses for the slightly higher cost.

Curse FW. I thought I was safe and wouldn't have to use my credit card for a while. then next thing I know AI is released and I am ordering it and some imperial navy fliers!
How does FW have such control over me?
