Ok, I've been trying to sort out whats what,(the delivery arrived as one big mess) and here is an approximate estimate of the codex gardsmen avalible along wither there condition:

Of the gardsmen that are based, they are on the old square ones and stuck down with what seems like polly cement. Amost all models, both based and not are in very good condition, however the odd one or two have lost there lasguns. Now for the contents:-
7 bases, all lasgun, baddly painted (orange and brown, looks like a chain gang), stuck on base.
20-30 bases, all lasgun, based, some undercoated.
20-30 bases, 4 lasgun(or 3 and a banner carrier I think) one heavy, stuck on base , some undercoated.
30-40 Roughtriders. stuck on base. unpainted.
30-40 Bikers. stuck on base, Unpainted.
5 bases. stuck on base, what look like guys standing, could be commander/loader?
5 bases,stuck on base, commissars.
20 one to a base, stuck on base, ogrins (Narrrgggh!)
15 bases of rattling snipers, stuck on base.
Now for the losse units, numbers in refrance to individual models, not units, I haven't counted them, so this is a rought estimate, most unpainted, some undercoated:
22 Heavy weapon minitures.
250-300 Gardsmen.
100-200 Gardsmen with jetpacks (Might look cool as storm troopers?)
100 men standing/banner carriers/commissars
50 rought riders.
50-75 bikers
7 ogrins (double Narrrggh!)
20-40 rattling sinpers.
I'm sure I've missed something, and I will get exact figgures tomorrow.
As for the price... that might take a bit more calculation.
