In another thread I mentioned

At the recent Bristol Conflict I saw one of the competitors with a fantastic colonial themed Imperial Guard army, including a fantastic conversion of an Imperial Steam Tank into a Leman Russ variant. The Ogres were in fact Imperial Guard troopers in "Power Lifter" armour.

I will post some pics tomorrow (fingers crossed).


Well in the great tradition of tomorrow never comes, I am posting them today



This is a "Leman Russ" - or as it looks a very heavily converted Empire Steam Tank!



A steam powered Sentinel (check out the smoke stack)



Rough Riders - colonial style...

Alas I ran out of memory stick and didn't take any more.

The "Power Lifters" were my favorites.

I hadn't seen these before.

I have, however, seen a different VSF take on 40k. I don't think I could find the link if I tried.
