Post subject:  Noob speed freeks list adviced needed
I am fairly new to epic 40k although i liked it a lot, I played a 4k match using space marines and It was pretty fun.

But I happen to prefer orks, si here is a tentative list to start learning.
As far as I understood, you have plenty of freedom in epic concerning units, so my plan is to play until I find my stile.

Do you guys think this list is ok to start learning or should I change anything?

You have 2 BTS-units. You should change one of the Warbands.

That's true, I didn't considered that. Any other change? Would you recommend me any other unit to learn how to used it?

By the way, are the 8 fights to much? To less?

8 Fighters are okay, imo.

I think, for the first games with freeks it will be good enough.

So I ha e familiarise myself with speed freekz thanks to minigeddon.
So I have changed my list for the better thanks to the experience.
This time I suits my playstyle way better.

Light vehicles count as two units to transport in the Landa, hence with nine guys counting the Mekboy Bad Ork Bikerboy you could only have a maximum of one Warbuggy or Skorcha in the formation if you want to have all nine inside.

Rest is Ok. Speed Freks have no formation that is much bad compared with the rest.

Translation, sheeeeeit, your right. Then I get It will have to be all bikes :(, its fine. any alternative sugestion to fill the landa?

About your question, other possibilities would be Warbike Outriders if going for a full Landa or a Warband if you ditch the Trukks and go mainly with Warbikes. This second could work decently with an extra Nobz and/or Stormboyz unit, but would be a waste about the Trukks.

By the way, i forgot before, but you may consider putting your Supreme Commander on the ground if you plan to use its re-roll, as it can only be used as long he is on the board, or on the Landa he is in. If you want it in the Landa for its assault weapons, you can, it is fine.

How were the Mekboy Speedstas on your games, by the way? It is just curiosity.

It's ok especially for putting blast marker on a 105cm rangeat the end being orks it is just a matter of overwhelming the oponent.

Why landas are incredible.
= They can create an assault.
For speed freaks that means that your very fast units (see scorchas) can double an insance distance, then provide supporting fire to a landa assault, (pretty much anywhere).
The landa can take all the abuse in the assault, - and is tough enough to do so.
But just in case shove a unit with some grotz, (grotz- landa,- paper thin boys, in that order).

This really is an incredible delete button, - with two landas, its re-usable.
So fast, and flying, can work wonders.

So having a little difficulty seeing how to achieve this with speed freaks.

Cause the basic warband comes with trukks and buggies and so wont fit in the landa.

I think only warhorde can do this.

Yup, there's no Grotz in the Speed Freeks list either. Outriders are the only formation that will fit in the Landa.
