I said that Dominions were too good relative to other units in the list. I think it is more an internal balance issue leading to a lack of variety rather than that sisters as a whole being overpowered.

I agree with many that once they have been to a few tournies some informed decisions can be made regarding boosting underpowered units. But look at Ork Battlewagon - despite overwhelming evidence they are still sitting there painfully overpriced.

Well, if you will play an army as broken as sisters, what did you expect ;-)

I think Dan would find a twisted satisfaction being responsible for another list getting needed...

Overall pretty pleased how they came out, especially as this was a 2 week rush job. The bases are all custom made as well, which turned out to be surprisingly easy. Not sure how i'd have got on with 5 holes in a base though, i suspect i'd have ended up with a lot more rejects! Even with 4 i still ended up with quite a few that were no good.

Lovely evil elves Richard, which variety of crackle paint did you use on the bases?

If anyone has any pics, please post them on the EpicUK Facebook page!!

Great looking DE army - especially given it was done in 2 weeks!

Thank you for the pics. You did a well job with your army, more considering the small time you had. How many nights did you sleep? :D

Well, to be fair is because their issue is the same as with Baneblades: not many wants a jack of all trades master to none. If they get into a situaction were they can be used to the fullest, they are well priced.

But still they are seen in UK lists, even though you have the fortress shields, so you have it better.

Are you talking about the Battlefortress or Battlewagons?

The Battlefortress is not as good as Landas etc, but is still a reasonable choice.

Battlewagons on the other hand are significantly overpriced, and could be reduced to 25 points.

Wagons on the first paragraph, and on the second how as you have fortress with shields in UK the battlewagons have a fiercer competition but are still taken, but it is also true that they are not taken in UK as much as i remember reading about.

If the wagons had almost or no weapons and FF6+ like the popular transports which are only to deliver the infantry, yes, i agree on the 25 points. If not they should be 35 or 30 at most, but all of this talk we had before in the year, so there is no point continuning it here as an off-topic.
