Really interesting reads, especially games #3 and #5. Nail biting stuff And I really like your report sheets; very simple yet effective way of capturing the game. My only suggestion is to copy an idea from the 1930s used to try to help people visualise a game of football on the radio. Essentially the table is notionally divided into 6" or possibly 1' squares, and these are used to identify where a formation moves from / to. If you presented the sheet in landscape, this would also allow you to capture comments. For example, game #5 turn #2 might start like this:- Attachment:

Thanks for reading ginger... The report sheet is one chroma did years ago(viewforum.php?f=84), But I like the your idea with adding locations box, since you could take picture of the table..and take it from there.. I have the original execl sheet of the log sheet and so could add it in...The plan was to add it as template to window live writer and use it to do my batreps, just to speed up the typing, I haven't gotten there yet... ![]() Anyways will look into it ![]() |

Thanks for all the reports, I look forward to reading them. So what tournament is on in Aus during August? Want to know if I can fit it in during a family holiday in 2018. |
