Hello London and South Easterners,



It's the final day of the central London wargames club epic league this Sunday. Due to drop outs/Christmas commitments we've got a space at this event. if anyone fancies coming along for 2 3k games of epic this Sunday (13th Dec) and the chance to be the on the day winner we're going to be in the Escape Sports Bar (Mornington Cresent) from 11am-6pm.

Obviously, this is free (though you'd have to buy your own curry), I'll certainly spot you a pint or 2.

Hey that would be great. No restrictions on race. We've already got 2 Necron players and a load of marines so maybe not those. Tau would be great as we don't have anyone in clwc playing that but we're easy as it isn't super formal.

Correction, you'll probably be playing me in the first game. I'll bring the squats as might be more interesting for you than playing biel Tann. Any squat units you particularly wanted to face? :-)

Thanks for having me along btw, a fun little event, and was interesting having a crack at the new squats too!

A pleasure, dead interesting to see how (much better) you played virtually the same guard list I normally use!

It's not a bad list at all really, although i do miss warhounds! not to mention the list overall feels a fair bit more passive than the one i'd normally use. Still, in this brave new world of Squats, Skitarii, Knights, and AMTL i think it's pretty important for guard to have some more ranged options at their disposal, especially of the TK variety.
