This thread is meant to bring player together to form teams for the European Epic Championship.

If your a team being short of players or a player being short of a team please post here and state your country of origin.

Hopefully we can bring you together to form a national or failing that a regional team.

I'm one of the UK guys also intending to come over.
Given that I am known for my appaling luck (probably why I am not part of the 'official' UK team ), perhaps I ought to form the "Atlantis" team, which is likely to sink without trace.

Incidentally the 'motto' of the CLWC club in London is "It smacks of incompetence", which I will propose for any team brave enough to take me on.

Perhaps all teams ought to present their team motto?

As I already said in the other thread, let's build up another team. I would prefer other guys form Germany to avoid playing against these people (same opinion on this topic than others in the "Main-Thread"). Otherwise, please join "Team Europe"

A Norwegian team isn't happening, but me and a friend are still interested. As a bonus we only need one plane ticket and no hotel (he lives in Berlin, but he's norwegian, honest ), so we're pretty flexible.

Norway plus hungary perhaps. They could also only get two players. Look over here. You could perhaps send Commisar Holt a pm?

Um, I'm not sure who should decide what team we are on, actually Taking Hena to make it a Nordic team could be cool (even if we'd have one Southerner to make up the numbers), but the hungerians or Ginger/Largo could also deserve a shot.

It's ultimately brumbaer's call - do you want to place us on a team, or do you want me to make one? Both are fine for me.

Just don't expect us to be a good team I usuallly have to visit Sweden or Germany to enter a tournament!

it's nice to see somebody taking the initiative.

At the moment there are only the three national teams.

Plus three interested players that have posted here. Plus Hena who doesn't know whether he will be able to attend and Ginger who I assume - by his posts - is in the end not interested.

So there are not even enough "free" players yet for a single team. So who puts whom where is not really an issue yet

Anyway, if you think you are able to recruit a forth player, please do so. If the price of it is that the 4 players "must" form a fixed team instead of being matched with others of their respective regions, so be it - it's not fitting my concept, but it's better than having no team at all.

I'm assuming you're taking Magnus and Largo into your team. Have you met Largo before ? He is a great painter and player and will be an asset to any team.

How is it going for the French team? Are they coming brumbear?

I'm not sure. I did ask/start a thread in the scandinavian epic group to organize our team, but I'm affraid except for the others actually coming then all the rest who expressed interest have later come back saying they can't.

Are you a member of the epic group Hena (if you're not then I'll invite you)? You could ask there perhaps?

Another idea would be to post in the danish epic forum to see if one of them would be interested?

If Ginger is out, it's probably best if we put the four people we have in this thread (me, Magnus, Largo and Hena) into the international team? We could call it Scandinavia and the World and give Hena the Finland hat.

I don't think I've met Largo, unless he was at the tournament in 2012?
