Welcome and thanks for looking at Clapham's first hosted Epic event! After the demise of the London event on the 16th and 17th, we're looking to run a small 1 day event the week after.

However, here's the basic details as well:
Date: Saturday 23rd June 2012
Time: Registration: 10:00, first game starts 10:30am. Day to finish at 6:00pm
Location: The Bread and Roses Pub, Clapham
Cost: £10 per ticket, not including Lunch.
Payment: Via paypal to 'cwgevents@gmail.com' - please put in your name and 'EPIC' to help us match you up to the payment!
Signup: On this thread
Space: 20 players maximum
Points: 2,000
Games: 3 over 1 day.
House Rules: 4x4 boards (rather than 6x4), and game time will be 2 hours per game. Other than these, scoring and rules will be as per a standard EPIC UK tournament.

On a final note, while i'll be working over the next few weeks to ensure we have as much Epic scale scenery available as possible, if anyone coming along could bring some along with them (and let me know how much so i've an idea on how much i need to get sorted) that would also be grand
