Hello, Epic players- it’s that time again Battle of the Chumps 2012!

Regulars will recognise the familiar format of varying game points limits but I’ve made some subtle tweaks.
Weekend of 14th to 15th July 2012 at Maelstrom, Mansfield, UK.
Tickets on sale at £35.

Does it include the Saturday evening meal mentioned on the timetable?

Yes, meals including at Battle of the Chumps are lunch on both days and an evening meal on the Saturday.

Hi Simon,

This sounds fantastic. Me likey the following points:

1) Totally original way of selecting your forces and playing the games (i.e splitting the army into three distinct groups).

2)Lunches and dinners included in the ticket price

3) Saturday jolly following the games! Brilliant! This will be great as it was a shame there wasn't a social like this after Full Scale Assault event (serious snow problem at the time).

Rulespack has been updated to include the Epic UK Codex Imperial Guard revision, including the Death Korps of Krieg army list.

Get signed up then Tim ;D 2 or 3 dayers are usually better socially as there is less rush+the saturday evening

Aww @#@#! Planned to attend 2 tournaments this year: FSA and Counterattack with a possibility of BOTC depending on date of a family reunion. However, the family thang has taken precedence and can't attend the tourney unfortunately. Hope to attend one of the last two tournaments of the year in Mansfield however.

Hope you guys have fun, and enjoy the beers after (jealous!) :0(

The EUK list is legal for the tournament, as will be Necrons ;)

Death Korps of Krieg will be legal, as the Codex Imperial Guard came out 2 months before the tournament (May).

Afraid, Necrons won't be released 2 months before as per the rules pack and so won't be allowed. Sorry Tim.
