I doubt there's anyone in the NE area that's not on Mosc or my list, but just in case... it's NEAT round three! Where: Time Machine Hobby 71 Hilliard Street Manchester, CT 06042 When: Saturday, June 26th 2010 9:00AM to 10:00PM Cost: Entrance is free. Games: Three 3.5 hour rounds are planned, with a one hour break in between each. Some games Friday night are a possibility as well, and a mega-battle is being planned for Sunday. Rules: The Epic Rulebook and Swordwind supplement will be used, along with the Epic 2008 Errata and Epic FAQ 2008. All of these are available free from the GW website. Armies: Armies should be 3000 points and selected from army lists in the Rulebook or Swordwind supplement. Other army lists are allowed, just contact us. Registration: Registration information is on the flyer. |

Usually, as that allowed us to go from 9 to 12:30, 1:30 to 5 and 6 to 9:30. I remember a couple of games spilled over though ![]() Aside from DS and myself, we have one other registrant at this point. |

erm, me me me! Am I allowed to take my castling Ulthwe army of irritation? Not sure if I'll be able to make the 3rd round, depends on what Ingrid wants to do about dinner and the kids (you really wouldn't want them running round the games room at 9.30 at night ![]() looking forward to it though! |

You can bring it, but if you try to make me use Vassal dice you're going to be eating the computer. |

don't worry Dave, using Vassal to play in person would be perverse ![]() BTW, my bag of dice is in my bag for tomorrow.. |

You mention North East and my ears peak as I'm a few miles away in the North West. Then you mention Manchester, my home city. Then I realise it's not in the UK, hehe. |

New England Epic Armageddon Tournament might be a better description. |

That's what it was originally, but then the guys from PA and NJ joined in so it became the North East. Considering how many times my hopes have been raised by a tournament in Manchester UK, those boys across the pond can deal with our once-a-year tournament. ![]() |

Hehe, maybe us caucasians just aren't very imaginative. |

Notably absent are New England towns named by the Celtic fringe, or by other 'Caucasians.' E.g. There is not, to my knowledge, a town of Bismarck, or, for that matter, Dun Laoghaire anywhere in New England. |

So we just got plugged on the d6 Generation. Looks like we might get two guys coming down from NH way to join us. So we've got that going for us... |

Sorry for not getting back sooner but things have been goofy. Ron and Cameron are a 90% for the tournament and we'll talk this weekend to firm things up. MNB is an unknown but I can't imagine him ducking out unless he has to work. I am still a solid 'maybe'. I'm going to be flying back from Memphis on Friday morning which means I'll be operating on virtually no sleep (jumpseating on FedEx means leaving at outrageous times and arriving at 0600 <-- not fun. After being away from my family for four days I'm not sure I want to drive all the way to CT and spend two more days there. I'll talk it over with the wife and get back to you on it. |
