As Games Workshop will not be running 'Call to Arms' this year, EPIC UK has stepped up to the challenge (yet again) and organised another tournament.

INTO THE BREACH - 12TH / 13TH SEPTEMBER – Brand new event for 2009. Into The Breach is a 2 day, 3,000 point tournament held at Games Workshop Wakefield. Tickets are £15.00 for the event and they are on sale now! … did you not hear me, now! … so run along and get your entry off ASAP. The hall is a 10 minute walk from the local train station and there are two hotels nearby (plus loads of parking). Please visit http://www.epic-uk.co.uk and click on the ‘calendar’ (then ‘Into the Breach’) to find all the information you will need, including a PDF will loads more information about the tournament.

STOP PRESS – EPIC UK has changed the way you can enter tournaments. From ‘Into the Breach’ onwards you will be able to enter, and pay for, tournaments online! Just go onto our website (http://www.epic-uk.co.uk), into the ‘calendar’ and select ‘Into the Breach’; press on the ‘booking form’ button and follow the links … simple as pie and cream (though I suppose it depends on what pie as to whether it’s simple or not); the payment is done through Paypal.

If you haven’t got a Paypal account, or you don’t like entering tournaments online, fear not! Email EPIC UK (go to http://www.epic-uk.co.uk and click on the ‘contact us’ webpage) and let us know you want to enter this fantastic new event and we will send you details on how to enter by cheque.

I was toying with coming to this one too, but with all the cheap train tickets having gone I didn't fancy paying over £100 to get there and back so have abandoned the idea.

Hope it goes well all! I plan to come to the next tournament.
