Hello,

Well Britcon is over so that means the application form for the Dragon Slayer EPIC GT is now available.

Due to the UK EPIC calendar becoming even bigger than last year, the Dragon Slayer EPIC GT has moved to November!

The Dragon Slayer EPIC GT is a 2 day EPIC event held in Mansfield. It's the standard 5 games at 3,000pts including food ... all for £20!

A couple of places have already gone and with only 26 places ... you better get your entries in fast!

Hi Matt and Co;
i've mentioned elsewhere that I may not be able to make many tournies this year but i WOULD REALLY LOVE to come and play in mansfield again, i can afford the ticket, get free train travel but CAN'T AFFORD ACCOMMODATION! Mightn't any of you guys nearby be able to put me up for the night? Would happily repay by cooking delicious food and/or helping with the tourney setup and take down,

My form went in the post on fridat (24/10/2008) would have been sooner but i could not find my cheque book!

Is it mandatory to state your army? I will be using marines assuming i can get them painted on time! If not the eldar will be comming!

Yes indeed.  I actually logged on this evening to post about this.....

I have the B+B details for the place we stayed last year and am happy to phone and book on our behalf.

For anyone else who's interested it's a B+B literally five minutes walk from the venue/town centre (such as it is in Mansfield....) an is pretty cheap (about £25/night fr a single room with breakfast).  It's not the Ritz but it's clean.

Whether or not I can go depends entirely on my deportation date to India.
