Hi all, I'm thinking of joining my local club in the WPS club challange and playing Epic. Is epic popular at the challange? How many people are intending to go? Will every army consist of 4 Warhounds/Ferals? I had a loook at the site but couldn't find what rules will be used and which armies are valid.. anyone else know? Cheers |

Providing it doesn't clash with other tournaments (last year GW scheduled their GT for the week before) I would expect 15-20 players. I think the rules used will be the original book rules +the new skimmer rules I would imagine most SM&BL players will bring a couple of warhounds/ferals but most lists are competitive without pushing it Armylists - official ones - IG, SM, Orks, Eldar, Speed Freeks, Siegemasters, White Scars, Black Legion and Lost&Damned |

Epic is popular and you will find that we tend to play in a more relaxed manor than some other systems. Also you don't need to be a member of a club to go along to the CC. |

(Rug @ Jan. 21 2008,12:48) QUOTE Armies tend to be very balanced with spacecraft (V popular recently for disrupting deployment), Actually the only reason I take a spacecraft is to see if you can deploy in an even smaller area than last time ![]() Edgar, Just what everyone else has said ... it's a good laugh and you learn alot. |
