I will skip over the first two as my dice came up to my usual standard
The game I played against you was literally stunning; I've never seen someone roll so badly, so consitantly!
IIRC, the only piece of good luck you had all game (Five firefight attacks that all hit) was then universally saved on my troops' armour!

What a great day guys, thanks to everybody that I played and everybody else for making this one of the largest Epic Tournaments ever.
Here are some photos from the day (thanks to Tom for taking some of these), Photos, I'll try and add some comments to them when I have time.
Quick report of my games, (I was playing my Eldar list as posted earlier)
First game was against Mark and his Marines. This was his first tournament and my greater experience showed. Mark was playing with drop pods (Scouts & tactical) plus two formations of terminators. The terminators came down separately and the drop pods were too far apart to support each other. Thus allowing me the chance to concentrate my forces against his. However, we had a chat after the game and Mark followed up with two wins, so good on you Mark.
Next up was Nathan and his Black Legion. It's always a difficult game playing against Nathan and this was no different. My Orbital Barrage missed and my Avatar failed to beat a Death Wheel. I managed to grab a 2-0 win after failing to finish of Nathan's BTS (2 Obliterators were left, I really hate Fearless at times), but having my main Guardian formations mauled.
Last game was against Steve and his Black Legion. A variation of the army list to Nathan's and a very see-saw type of battle.
Things went very well to start off with my OB hitting three formations. I then preceeded to beat up a formation of Raptors and a Feral titan (I think). After turn 1 things went back into Steve's favour, I failed to engage one of his other Ferals and my aircraft didn't want to come onto the board. Steve stripped me of activations and with the Feral's Barrage IC MW killed loads of my infantry. I scrapped a 2-0 win and then waited for Dptdexys and Rug to finish to find out my final placing.
Rug can write his own epitaph as it became too painful to watch.
So well done Dave and great to meet so many new people, of course now I can put faces to names.
Tim
