I don't think the Necrons are going to be downgraded in power particularly as they haven't shown up as overpowered, internal balance is the most likely target for changes.

Just a quick one to let everyone know that Slayer Gaming is closing down at the end of this year which currently leaves us without a venue for Full Scale Assault and the GT later in 2016, Steve and I discussed this yesterday and are hunting around for alternative venues

This is very sad news as it was also the place we played epic every week :( we wish Tom, Dan and Marc all the best and hope to see them in the not-too distant future

Following the closure of Slayer Gaming in Mansfield we've been looking for new venue for Full Scale Assault and the Epic UK GT.
We can now confirm that the Epic UK GT will be on November 19-20 (as before) at Battlefield Hobbies in Daventry

We should hopefully have a venue sorted for FSA by the end of the week

Was Slayer gaming the one that started out in that freezing cold industrial unit in Mansfield?

...and if FSA is in Daventry then chances are high I might actually make it to my first epic tourney in er.. a few years.

Venue for Full Scale Assault is now confirmed - the Station Hotel, Station Terrace, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 7TQ (home of the Hammer'N'Ales Wargaming club.
Tickets should be on sale soon

Just to clarify, for the games advertised what are the Rule set and army lists that can be used?

Epic UK? Net Epic?

only approved lists?

For any UK tournament it would be the Epic UK lists. Unlike Net Epic there aren't developmental lists, as testing is done 'in house'. As such, all the available tournament lists can be found here: http://epic-uk.co.uk/wp/army-lists/

Rules wise, they can be found here: http://epic-uk.co.uk/wp/rules/

Overall i don't think they differ that much to Net-EA to be honest, but possibly worth checking!
