No, no and no. If you do this people will bring unpainted / sprayed minatures and this is NOT what we want. Remember painting is just as much apart of the hobby as gaming, yet winning the painting trophie does not have the same stigma as winning the tournament. To win a tournament you should be a good player and have a nicely painted army. I was gutted when WFB got rid of background points.
Also just to say thank you to all EPIC players for the smooth running of the event. Sadly i can't remember much of the event apart from losing alot, meeting a man who takes custard with his curry and the Greek eurovision entry!!!!

I agree that painting should count, but not to the extent that it does now and Britcon didn't include a painting mark but nobody had unpainted models IIRC.
Best painted is rarely judged on the score as the CC has shown!
