For the Student rooms you need to call this year, from the BHGS website :-

The "cheaper" student-style rooms can be booked by calling 0161 955 8062 and quoting "Britcon 2016"

The alternative to this is a room share. A twin in the IBIS 5 mins further than the student rooms if about £120 for the two nights (no B'fast but there are options for that nearby).
