Gavin won't be around the tournament circuit for a little bit.

That's a shame, although i do think the MSU approach isn't that great generally, as having lots of squishy units means that unless you can hide them all you're just looking at haemoraging units each turn - and you've still got 2 other games to win afterall ;)

Has he picked up an injury?

aw balls, just realised this is on my wedding anniversary..... no way in hell is my wife going to let me go and 'play with toy tanks' on our anniversary..... couple this with the GT being on my wife's birthday and I can't help but feel there is some kind of anti-me agenda going on here..... ;)

You're not the only gamer who has spoual timing clashes . I think as a community we should agree a safe date for marriages with no tournaments.

I made a bit of a balls up last year by placing Stockade on the same day as Games Day - there were no Golden Demon entries for that year.

Rug'll be coming up again! He'll be travelling the furthest.

Who'll be travelling the shortest distance?

Where's Mat coming from? I'm still considering coming, and i'll be trekking up from South London!

Might even try an early morning drive - works well for Maelstrom, although i suppose i'd need to leave an hour earlier maybe... Hows the parking around the venue?

Rug's Surreyways - so you're second place Richard.

Parking's free and plentiful in Hope Mill's carpark. I was considering booking Nexus Art Cafe - but parking'd be impossible so Hope Milll won out.

Just had Glyn send his apologies from Australia. If he'd come it that would be him hands down.
